Terms of service

These terms apply when you use SignalDesk at signaldeskforex.com. By using the site you agree to them. SignalDesk is operated from the United Kingdom.

1. The service

SignalDesk provides algorithmic trade ideas, a news board, alerts, an AI coach, a journal and a demo broker. It is an educational tool — please read the risk disclaimer.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or over.
• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, scrape it, or resell its content.

3. SignalDesk Pro subscription

• Pro costs £19 per month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Prices include applicable VAT.
• You can cancel any time from the Plans page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• If a payment fails we will retry it; access may end if payment cannot be collected.
• Under UK consumer law you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. By starting to use Pro straight away you agree that this right ends once the service has begun, except where the law says otherwise.
• We will give you notice before any price change takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass the paywall, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any trading losses or for decisions you make using SignalDesk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on the site before they apply.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
